The scope included a steam boiler capable of handling 5000 Kg/hr, complete with necessary piping and electrical installations, and a thermal heater of 3000 Kw. Additionally, the project featured a compressed air system of two units, each 45 Kw, alongside an automatic diesel system consisting of two underground tanks, each with a capacity of 35 m3, integrated with piping and automation for seamless operation. The edible oil storage solution involved four tanks, each holding 35 m3, equipped with hygienic piping, pumps, and automation. Moreover, the facility's cleanliness and food safety standards were supported by a sanitization, detergent, and marination system, including hygienic piping. The lab gas system, covering argon, helium, and oxygen, was designed with precise instrumentation.
