In 2023, Tekzone embarked on a significant Engineering, Procurement & Construction project for the Sharjah Electricity Water and Gas Authority (SEWA), focusing on the relocation of the Kalba-Fujairah 10" CS gas pipeline, a key component of the regional cross country pipeline infrastructure. This project involves comprehensive coordination to secure NOCs from all relevant authorities, alongside extensive groundworks including excavation, dewatering, shoring, and backfilling. The scope of work also encompasses the supply, fabrication, and installation of 4 KM of 10” 3LPE coated carbon steel pipeline, ensuring durability and compliance with environmental standards. A critical aspect of the project is the use of golden welding joints for seamless integration with the existing pipeline system. This endeavor highlights Tekzone's expertise in managing and executing complex cross country pipeline projects, ensuring efficient gas distribution and infrastructure resilience.

In 2022, Tekzone undertook an Engineering, Procurement & Construction project for CRCC-NPC (Emarat), aimed at the Emarat 14” Gas Line Diversion Project for Etihad Rail, a critical initiative within the broader scope of cross country pipeline development. This comprehensive project required meticulous coordination to obtain NOCs from all necessary authorities, alongside executing detailed excavation, shoring, and backfilling operations. The core of the project involved the supply, fabrication, and installation of 1 KM of 14” 3LPE coated carbon steel pipeline, designed to meet the stringent requirements for durability and safety in gas transportation. Integral to the project's success was the application of golden welding joints to ensure a flawless integration with the existing pipeline infrastructure. This endeavor showcases Tekzone's proficiency in navigating the complexities of cross country pipeline projects, reinforcing the infrastructure needed for the nation's energy and transportation sectors.

In 2021, Tekzone successfully completed an Engineering, Procurement & Construction contract for Dolphin Energy, focusing on the strategic enhancement of the Fujairah F3 Power Plant's infrastructure with the Fabrication and Installation of a 20” size Natural Gas piping system. This project, integral to the expansion of cross country pipeline networks, involved the supply, fabrication, and installation of 1 KM of 20” 3LPE coated carbon steel pipeline, specifically designed for the efficient and safe transport of natural gas. A key feature of this undertaking was the use of golden welding joints to ensure a seamless and secure connection with the existing pipeline system. The project was brought to completion with rigorous testing and commissioning works, underscoring Tekzone's expertise in executing critical infrastructure projects that bolster the reliability and capacity of cross country pipelines.

Project Description:
In 2021, Tekzone demonstrated its engineering and construction expertise on a project for Tristar Engineering & Construction, LLC / TRANSCO, focusing on utility piping works that enhance the cross country pipeline infrastructure between Umm Lafina Island and Al Reem Island. This project entailed the fabrication and installation of a 2KM, 48” diameter FBE coated carbon steel pipeline across Bridges #1 and #2, employing specially designed roller type pipe supports to facilitate the installation. Tekzone's innovative approach included a custom-designed rail and trolley pipe pushing arrangement for installation between girders, ensuring efficiency and precision. Additionally, the project encompassed the internal and external epoxy coating of pipelines, including field joints, and the fabrication and installation of 2 units of 36” (2KM) and 1 unit of 12” (1KM) GRP pipelines, further augmenting the project's scope. Comprehensive quality control measures, such as 100% radiography and hydro testing, were implemented for the complete pipeline system, highlighting Tekzone's commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects critical to the development of cross country pipelines.
