In 2020, Tekzone undertook an Engineering, Procurement & Construction project for Emirates Petroleum Products Company (EPPCO), focusing on enhancing the safety and efficiency of process plant operations through the design, supply, and installation of a Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coated 14” firewater main ring pipe around EPPCO terminal 1. The project encompassed the supply, fabrication, and installation of 1 KM of 14” internal FBE coated carbon steel pipeline, specifically engineered for fire water networks, ensuring robust protection against fire hazards within the process plant environment. Additionally, the scope included the fabrication and installation of civil foundations and structural supports for the pipeline, laying the groundwork for a secure and reliable firewater system. The project was successfully completed with comprehensive testing and commissioning works, securing approval from authorities and highlighting Tekzone's expertise in delivering specialized process plant piping solutions that meet stringent safety and operational standards.

The project involved the installation of client-supplied carbon steel pipelines of varying sizes, ranging from 2” to 20”, demonstrating Tekzone's adaptability and precision in handling diverse specifications. Furthermore, the scope of work included the fabrication and installation of civil foundations and structural supports essential for the stability and durability of the pipeline infrastructure. The project culminated in thorough testing and commissioning works, ensuring that the newly installed process plant piping systems met all operational and safety standards. In 2020, Tekzone was commissioned by Emarat for an Engineering, Procurement & Construction project aimed at bolstering the process plant piping infrastructure. This project entailed the strategic supply, fabrication, and installation of a new 1 KM, 10-inch diameter pipeline, coated with 3LPE on carbon steel, designed specifically for natural gas transportation. The initiative began with comprehensive excavation and backfilling works to prepare the site, ensuring a seamless integration of the new pipeline into Emarat's network, facilitating a connection to the larger 48-inch pipeline. The project also included rigorous testing and commissioning processes, confirming the operational integrity and safety of the pipeline.
