In 2017, Tekzone, showcasing its prowess as one of the leading EPC contractors, embarked on a comprehensive project for Nihon Kohden, focusing on the design, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of a Reagent Production Facility. This multifaceted project covered the design, supply, and installation of several critical process systems, including reagent, diluant, and detergent mixing stations, a reverse osmosis system, a clean room equipped with HEPA filters, chemical storage systems, HVAC, and fire fighting capabilities. The project also involved the supply, fabrication, and installation of piping systems in Stainless Steel 316L, Stainless Steel 304, and Polypropylene, catering to the stringent requirements of the facility. Tekzone further demonstrated its expertise in automation by designing and developing a plant control system, utilizing SIMATIC HMIs for operation and process control, Siemens PLC control panels, alongside comprehensive PLC programming and configuration. The electrical scope included MCC panels, local control panels for motors/equipment, a SS304 wire mesh cable management system, power and control cabling, as well as installations for process area LED lighting, CCTV, telephone, and network systems. Instrumentation was another critical component, with Tekzone handling the design and engineering of the process area instrumentation system, including the selection, supply, installation, and configuration of instruments and control valves. Additionally, the project included the supply and installation of SS316L and Polypropylene pharma grade tanks, culminating in a rigorous phase of testing and commissioning. This project not only highlights Tekzone's capacity to deliver turnkey solutions as an EPC contractor but also their dedication to meeting the complex needs of the healthcare and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.

Project Description:

Between 2013 and 2014, Tekzone, as an esteemed EPC contractor, delivered an extensive project for the BRF & AMANA Sadia Chicken Production Facility. This project encompassed the design, engineering, supply, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of 10 distinct systems, ensuring the facility's operational excellence. The scope included a steam boiler capable of handling 5000 Kg/hr, complete with necessary piping and electrical installations, and a thermal heater of 3000 Kw. Additionally, the project featured a compressed air system of two units, each 45 Kw, alongside an automatic diesel system consisting of two underground tanks, each with a capacity of 35 m3, integrated with piping and automation for seamless operation. The edible oil storage solution involved four tanks, each holding 35 m3, equipped with hygienic piping, pumps, and automation. Moreover, the facility's cleanliness and food safety standards were supported by a sanitization, detergent, and marination system, including hygienic piping. The lab gas system, covering argon, helium, and oxygen, was designed with precise instrumentation. The LPG/LNG and CO2 systems were pivotal for operational safety, including a fire extinguishing setup with sensors tailored for process equipment. This comprehensive project highlights Tekzone's capability as an EPC contractor to manage and execute complex engineering projects, reinforcing their role in enhancing industrial and manufacturing infrastructure.

In 2014-2015, Tekzone, renowned as an EPC contractor, embarked on the construction of the Polymer Additives Plant for Songwon Polysys Additives. This project involved the erection of key process equipment including SILO, KHAL, and PLASMEC, highlighting Tekzone's capability in managing complex installations. The project further entailed the supply and installation of critical utility systems to support these equipments, such as the Nitrogen System, Compressed Air System, Chilled/Cooling Water System, and Dedusting System, ensuring the plant's operational efficiency and safety. Tekzone's expertise extended to the installation of diverse piping systems, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and galvanized steel, meeting the stringent requirements of the polymer additives manufacturing process. The electrical scope of the project was comprehensive, encompassing cable tray routing design, HDGI cable trays, power, control, and instrumentation cabling, along with the installation of MCC Panels, VFD Panels, Remote IO Panels, and PLC Control Panels for the KAHL, SILO, and PLASMEC systems. The project also included the testing, commissioning, and start-up of cables, and the construction of a 220-ton steel structure for material handling systems, demonstrating Tekzone's thorough approach as an EPC contractor from project inception to completion, and their pivotal role in enhancing industrial manufacturing capabilities.

In 2015-2016, Tekzone, a distinguished EPC contractor, successfully managed the 40 TPD plant upgradation project for Safe Water Chemicals LLC. This comprehensive undertaking involved the supply and installation of a Hydrochloric Acid Storage system, featuring 400m3 capacity SS316L tanks and 150m3 capacity MS tanks with Natural Rubber lining, showcasing Tekzone's adeptness in handling complex chemical storage solutions. The project also saw the installation of a salt saturator and brine softener system, essential for the plant's operational efficiency. Tekzone's expertise extended to the integration of various piping materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, cPVC, and FRP, for acid lines and utility piping, demonstrating their versatility in dealing with diverse materials. The electrical and instrumentation scope was significant, encompassing a DC Bus Bar system, 20 kA DC breaker, rectifier, MCCs, SPDBs, and control panels for different systems, alongside the meticulous installation of cable trays, glanding, and termination of MV & LV power and control cables, and data & instrumentation cables. In 2016-2017, Tekzone, as an established EPC contractor, played a pivotal role in the expansion of Union Chlorine LLC's operations by executing the Phase II construction of an 85 Tons per Day Calcium Chloride Plant located in ICAD-III, Abu Dhabi. This project encompassed the supply and installation of key systems such as Natural Gas, Filter Press, Granulation System, Reactor Units, Prill Tower, and Evaporation Units, showcasing Tekzone's ability to integrate complex process equipment seamlessly. The scope of work included the installation of piping in materials ranging from Titanium, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Galvanized Steel to FRP, catering to the plant's diverse operational requirements. Structural works were also a major component, involving the construction of a process area steel structural building complete with staircases, platforms, and roofing sheets, ensuring both functionality and safety. The electrical and instrumentation aspect was comprehensive, featuring LV panels, MCCs, SMDBs, and control panels for various systems, along with HDGI cable trays/conduits and supports, LV power, control, instrumentation, and communication cables.
