Some voices don’t come from outside they come from within.
From a young age, I carried a persistent feeling inside me, a pull to explore my full potential. I’ve always believed in giving more than what was asked. In every role I took on, I found myself going the extra mile - not for recognition, but for fulfilment. Yet, even while I stayed committed and loyal to my responsibilities, a part of me felt unsettled.
The cage of comfort in regular jobs starts to give me a feel of pain in waiting.
Waiting for decisions. Waiting and boundary limits set by others. And that’s when I realized: I was wasting too much time without truly creating impact.
That realization wasn’t easy. But it was honest.
And honesty led to courage.
The Leap and the Learning Curve
So, I made a decision. I brought together all my energy, instincts, and a gut feeling I couldn’t ignore and stepped into the unknown.
Entrepreneurship wasn’t glamorous. Shifting from a corporate office to a warehouse of our own. The transition was a storm.
As I took on this new role, the gaps in my own skills became painfully visible. Things I never had to worry about before suddenly sat on my shoulders. My work hours stretched from the usual 10 to 14… then 16… sometimes 18 hours. And in those long hours, there was no one to share my doubts with.
I had to sit with my own mind and make decisions that could either break or build me.
One such dilemma: Should I reduce my service or product pricing to survive, or to sell by highlighting the values we provide?
These are not just business questions — they are deeply personal ones. They test your values, your belief system, and your resilience.
People Before Process
Being in the service sector taught me that beyond all strategies, what really matters is people that is , man management.
Managing a team, understanding client expectations, Communicating across different cultures and nationalities. Every client came with a different mindset, and often, the same words carried different meanings. It wasn’t just about delivering services; it was about building human connection.
Thankfully, people management has always my sweet spot. And that ability gave me the strength to navigate through uncertainty with steadiness.
The First Five Years: Laying the Foundation
It took five years of trial, learning, and continuous listening to shape Tekzone into what I would call a stable, and structured organization.
Those years taught me how to understand not just business but also the deeper forces around it: the market, the banks, the government systems, and most importantly, the hearts and minds of employees and clients.
And just when I thought I had found a rhythm, the growth phase arrived. And at every stage of growth, our methods, mindset, and message had to evolve.
Entrepreneurship, I learned, is not about finding one way that works, it’s about adapting endlessly without losing your core.
20 Years Later: A Bond Beyond Business
Today, my child Tekzone is 20 years old.
When I look back, I no longer see it as just a company. It feels like a child I’ve raised. We’ve gone through the baby years, the confused and chaotic teenage phase and now, we stand in a place of youthful clarity and strength.
At this stage, I’m no longer just the founder. I’ve become more of a friend to this 20-year-old entity. We understand each other. I can often predict how it reacts, it’s character has matured, it’s identity is clear. And what brings me the greatest pride is that our team, our partners, and our stakeholders they are not just aligned with our goals, they are aligned with our soul & Core values
Together, Faster, for a Better Life
If this journey has taught me one thing, it’s this: Learn to trust your inner voice, to stay steady during storms, and to lead with empathy and intention.
As we move forward, I hold onto one belief more strongly than ever:
Don’t let the fear of judgment from family or friends hold you back.
When we move together,
When we move with purpose
We move faster toward building a better life for all.
Here’s to the journey: The leap & The lessons. And the life we build together better.
