Project Description:

In 2017, Tekzone managed the transformation of a warehouse into fully functional factories for Nihon Kohden. The project included the design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of various process systems, such as reagent mixing, diluent mixing, detergent mixing, reverse osmosis systems, clean rooms with HEPA filters, chemical storage systems, HVAC, and fire fighting systems. Stainless steel and polypropylene piping systems were fabricated and installed, along with the automation of plant control systems using SIMATIC HMIs and Siemens PLC control panels. Electrical works involved MCC panels, local control panels, cable management systems, LED lighting, CCTV, telephone, and network installations. Instrumentation design, engineering, and installation were also part of the project, including the selection, supply, and configuration of instruments and control valves. Additionally, tanks made of SS316L and polypropylene Pharma grade tanks were installed. Testing and commissioning were conducted to ensure the functionality of the newly converted factories.

Project Description:

In 2023, Tekzone oversaw the conversion of a warehouse into operational factories for TENCATE GRASS. The project involved supplying, fabricating, and installing 2 kilometers of cables and supporting cable trays. Additionally, tasks included glanding, termination, and IR testing to ensure the electrical systems were functioning properly. Finally, Tekzone conducted the power-up of the new installation to complete the transformation of the warehouse into functional factories.

Project Description:

In 2016, Tekzone managed the transformation of a warehouse into a fully operational manufacturing plant for Peral Polyurethane, a division of Bayer. The project encompassed the design, engineering, supply, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of various piping systems, including compressed air, chilled water, blowing agent, finished product, nitrogen, and portable water. Additionally, Tekzone handled the supply and installation of electrical cables in cable trays and the design, fabrication, and supply of structural operating platforms with ladders for truck loading stations, ensuring a seamless conversion from warehouse to manufacturing facility.

Project Description:

In 2016, Tekzone oversaw the conversion of a warehouse into a fully functional personal care products plant for Unilever at DIC. The project involved comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and equipment installation works, including the setup of process, filling, and packing machinery. Additionally, Tekzone managed the installation of hygienic piping systems for product transportation and carbon steel piping for utility services. Process tanks and raw material storage tanks were also installed, complete with access platforms. Cable management was ensured through SS304 wire mesh cable trays, while power/control panels, RIO panels, MCC panels, and server panels were installed to support the operational infrastructure of process areas, tank farms, and water treatment systems.
